Le Domaine La Parra

Le Domaine La Parra in Azille offers a selection of traditionally produced local wines and olive oil.

Sonia and Celian, the owners, pride themselves on the use of age-old methods of cultivation and vinification and invite you to discover their passion for a simple, rational form of agriculture that involves hand pruning, natural irrigation, traditional vinification, manual bottling, and direct marketing and distribution via local farmer's markets.

During your visit to the vineyard, you can:

• Explore the La Parra vineyard and olive grove and observe the seasonal work (pruning, harvesting, olive gathering).
• Visit the cellar and learn more about the vinification process.
• Taste a selection of wines and label your own bottles.
• Enjoy a carriage ride (in season).

Back at La Dolce Vita, we will prepare you a delicious evening meal prepared specifically to accompany the Domaine Le Parra wine(s) of your choice.

Chateau Guéry

The Guéry family (Antoine and his wife Maguy, their son René-Henry and daughter-in-law Florence), are very much attached to the Azille region which their ancestors have cultivated since the beginning of the 17th century.

We invite you to discover Château Guéry and this remarkable family of independent wine makers as part of a special package that includes :

• two nights bed and breakfast at La Dolce Vita
• a wine tasting session at Château Guéry, with a visit of the wine cellar
• a delicious evening meal prepared specifically to accompany the Château Guéry wine(s) of your choosing.

At any time of the year, we can arrange a visit and tasting session for you. Maguy or Florence Guéry will welcome you to their air-conditioned cellar and treat you to an unforgettable wine-tasting experience, a journey of the senses and new sensations in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
