The region will take you from the borders of Spain, the Pyrénées (both the French and Spanish sides are magnificent), through the municipality of Andorra, along the seaside of Perpignan and the historical village of Porte Leucate, through Castelnaudry with its famous duck cassoulet, passing through both Carcassonne and Narbonne (and in the middle you will find La Dolce Vita B&B in Azille!), on through the Cevennes mountains, Montpellier and on up to the Rhône river, border of the regions of Provence.
