Reservations & Cancellations: Reservations will only be confirmed with a deposit of 25% of the total room cost for the time period requested.

Refund of deposit amount will be made only under the following conditions:
- If Cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be refunded at 50% or applied to future reservation, pending availability.
- If Cancellation is made less then 30 days prior to arrival date, deposit will be put towards a future reservation, pending availability.

Room Rates do not include: Meals (exceptions; continental breakfast, full & half pension reservations), beverages, laundry service, phone calls, internet service, optional tours or packages, or transportation to and from La Dolce Vita.

B&B hours and times (the below apply unless other arrangements have been made):
Room check-in is 4:00pm
Room check-out is 11:00am
Gîte check-in is Saturday 4:00pm
Gîte check-out is Saturday 9:00am

If you are arriving late, please let us know as soon as possible so that we know you are still on your way and can be prepared for your arrival. If you need a late check-in/out, luggage storage, early breakfast, or late entry, please let us know, we are happy to accommodate.

Security of Personal Property: We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property of customers traveling to and from La Dolce Vita or while on daily tours. All valuables must be taken with you or notify the proprietor if a safe place is needed. We strongly advise you to insure your belongings.

Children are welcome in our home and special accommodations can be made for infants but must be requested upon booking.

Pets: well-behaved and trained family pets may accompany you during your stay, however an additional cleaning fee will apply and you must reserve in advance in order to accommodate all house guests.

Smoking: per French law, the interior of the house, including all guest rooms and gîte, is a non-smoking zone. However, feel free to take a walk through town or enjoy the terrace view while indulging. This will accommodate all guests, thank you.
