"We
wanted to thank you again for the great week-end we had... You're
a really cool person with a really sweet family. Everything was
perfect. The house is really cosy and well decorated, really clean,
your cooking is fabulous (especially the breakfast)... I'm glad
i got to meet you and we'll try our best to make a stop once in
a while to spend a little time with you guys."
-- Virginie, Montpellier, France
"Hi Natalie, On behalf of all of us, I just wanted to thank you for yet
another great meal last Sunday night! I know everyone really enjoyed all that
was on offer - including the in-house entertainment from Laiyla! Best wishes,"
-- Danielle, UK
"Bonjour Natalie, I would like to thank you on behalf of my oldest and
dearest friends for the three truly delicious meals you prepared for us recently,
and for making us so welcome on our reunion, birthdays, and anniversary celebrations
in your home. You told us how you love choosing, preparing and cooking good
food - and your love and energy shines through and is evident in the variety
of dishes you create. You have also created a wonderful ambience at La Dolca
Vita which is unique, and a good way of life for yourself, which benefits your
guests and visitors too. I believe we will return, but the memories of our
recent visits already have a special place in our hearts."
-- Andrew M., Denmark
On y parle Français, Anglais, Italien

"Dolce vita is located in one of the few remaining genuine old and charming
villages in south of France. The house refurbished by the owner Natalie has
a lot of class and a unique roof terrace which I particularly enjoyed watching
the sun set with a drink or two back from forays in the country side among
others to visit the incredible Cathare medieval fortresses. With Natalie you
will be in good hands. Not only is she a host with world-class experience,
but she also has an incredible knowledge of the French culture in general and
in particular of the area and can really help you plan your stay. Last but
not least her "cuisine" is excellent!
-- Philippe C., Paris
"Life is beautiful indeed at "La Dolce Vita". Natalie, the
nice looking Amarican woman who runs this recently restored guesthouse, is
making this place into a warm, clean, comfortable home where it is great to
stay. The different atmospheres in the guestrooms are unique. A great advantage
of staying here is that you can have fresh homemade delicious meals...and that
is hard to find in the area."
-- Inge, Brussels
"Natalie, just wanted to say thanks for a wonderful stay at your place
last weekend. You have done a fab job with the house and we loved every minute.
Hope to come and stay again."
-- Clare Hughes, London, UK
"Natalie, I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay
with you. Thank you very much for the trouble that you went to for the guinea
hen dinner and for searching out the Syrah. La Dolce Vita was great, Azille
was great, and you were a great host".
-- Bob DeBellevue (the Dermatologist from New Orleans)
"Thought we'd drop you a line to thank you for making us so wlecome in
your home and for your generous and warm hospitality during our recent sejours
at La Dolce Vita. Your cuisine is first class and the enthusiasm you have for
the superb meals you prepare, and the ingredients you use, is inspiring. You
have certainly chosen an idyllic spot in what must be one of the most beautiful
parts of the world and we are looking forward to returning very soon. With
kind regards and best wishes"
